ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for someone who wants to become a key person in a tight-knit team that operates at the boundary between technology and vendor management. The team currently consists of about eight people, four of whom are technical specialists with broad technical expertise. The role does not involve owning or managing the network directly; rather, it is about being a technically knowledgeable requester and requirements setter towards external vendors.
You will coordinate, follow up on, and sometimes execute smaller configurations as needed. The work requires a good understanding of infrastructure and networks, as well as an interest in developing towards cloud solutions. The customer is undergoing a technical transformation, and you will be part of that journey!
Examples of tasks:
• Coordinate resources and activities within the technical team
• Ensure that the right competencies are available and that work is completed on time
• Serve as the bridge between internal needs and external vendors
• Monitor and understand the network environment
• Drive efforts towards modernization and cloud solutions (Azure, M365, Teams, Copilot, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal projects, e.g., in networking and RPA
• Communicate with various internal teams and external parties
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
• Has completed a bachelor's/master's degree in network technology or a similar field
• Has at least 1-3 years of professional experience in similar tasks
• Possesses good knowledge of network technology and cloud environments
• Has experience with: AD, client platforms, server environments (Azure, AWS)
• Is self-assured and enjoys working independently but with close support from colleagues
• The corporate language of the customer is Swedish, thus you need to be fluent in both spoken and written Swedish
• Experience working with external vendors is advantageous
• Personal qualities are highly valued, and we prefer someone who is unpretentious and enjoys working collaboratively
ABOUT THE EMPLOYMENT: This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially, you will be employed by Friday. Both the customer and we aim for you to become directly employed by the customer after approximately 12 months.
