Within Information Technology, we currently have about 135 employees with various professional backgrounds distributed across 9 departments. We share common facilities in the Sigfrids area in Växjö. The role belongs to the IT Security and Infrastructure department. The department consists of 15 employees with the shared mission of developing a purposeful, robust, and secure IT infrastructure for the entire organization. JOB DESCRIPTION In Region Kronoberg, digital development is a focus, and this role plays a key part in the development of the digital workplace. You will be responsible for the development of the technical platform for areas within digital collaboration. This includes system support for remote meetings, email, telephony, and solutions for secure digital communication. You will work systematically and long-term to ensure the organization’s need for appropriate technical support, and you will be involved in the entire lifecycle, from needs assessment to decommissioning. Your focus will be on driving the development of the platforms on which the solutions are based, and together with operational colleagues who coordinate business needs, you will develop the future digital workplace for Region Kronoberg. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in computer science or another IT-related field, or you have acquired equivalent competence through extensive relevant work experience. You are a communicative and unpretentious team player who enjoys working in a team where knowledge is shared, and everyone contributes to an open, positive work environment where growth occurs together. You take initiative, see opportunities where others see challenges, and have the ability to understand the customer's needs behind the technology, enabling you to implement purposeful solutions that are sustainable over time. We expect you to have: • Documented experience in technical management of the M365 platform, including Teams, Exchange Online, and SharePoint. • Several years of experience in IT-related system management according to PM3 or a similar model in a larger organization. • Good knowledge of system and IT infrastructure operations as well as an understanding of information and IT security. To succeed in this role, you are curious, driven, and proactive. You are meticulous, flexible, and responsive, while also understanding the importance of structure. You thrive in a changing and complex organization. Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement. We will place great emphasis on your personal suitability.
