RESPONSIBILITIES
The Group for Business-Near Specialists Consists of IT Specialists Whose Goal is to Support Projects and Assignments Within the Agency with Operational Knowledge and Contacts to Achieve Set Effectiveness Goals. This Means That as an IT Technical Specialist, You May Work on Projects with Security Technology Implications That Are Not Driven by the IT Department.
In the Role of IT Technical Specialist, You'll Be Highly Self-Directed, Planning and Executing Tasks Assigned to You in the Projects You're Involved In. The Role Focuses Heavily on Change Management, Process Development, Planning and Conducting Various Types of Work Meetings and Workshops. As a Project Resource, You'll Work on Capturing and Refining the Organization's Needs Within the Projects You're Involved In. Your Role is to Elevate the Operational Perspective and Identify Paths and Tools That Can Be Used to Drive Projects Forward. The Analyses You Conduct Will Help Develop Business Cases Underlying Implementation Decisions. Projects May Vary Greatly, Ranging from Planning/Preparatory to Pure Implementation Projects.
Travel is Part of the Position, as Work Tasks May Require Physical Presence in Core Operations and/or Headquarters in Norrköping.
QUALIFICATIONS
We're Looking for Someone Who Has:
• Academic Education or Other Education Combined with Experience Deemed Relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
• Education in Project Management/Assignment Management
• Education/Certification in Change Management
• Several Years of Well-Documented Relevant Experience Working on Projects with Security Technology Focus
• Experience Working with Business Development and Process Work in IT
• Experience with Change Management
• Ability to Communicate Well Verbally and in Writing in Swedish
• Driver's License (Class B)
