We have platforms in: - Integration (IPaaS) - Data Platform (DPaaS) - Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning (AI & ML) - Virtualization - Hosting - Data Storage You are applying for a position within our Hosting platform, where we offer a challenging and varied role with great opportunities for personal development and many contacts within the organization. Currently, the Hosting platform is a traditional on-premises server environment responsible for delivering primarily virtual servers with various functionalities to clients. We strive to implement newer technologies, such as Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions, to create more automated and efficient solutions. The Hosting platform currently utilizes resources from other teams, such as virtualization and storage services. Typical responsibilities within the Hosting platform include: - Design and implementation of various operating system templates - Maintenance of the server platform - Lifecycle management of standard agents - Troubleshooting and support regarding the server platform - Automation of recurring tasks - Establishing requirements and supporting the maintenance of a standardized Configuration Management Database (CMDB) - Development and enhancement of new orderable services To succeed in this role, you need: - Several years of professional experience in a relevant field, preferably combined with a post-secondary education - Post-secondary education or professional experience that the employer deems equivalent - Practical knowledge and experience of working with larger platforms - Experience in automation We are looking for someone who is curious and constantly strives to improve and develop themselves while assisting colleagues in various matters and collaborations. The role involves many contacts within the organization, requiring good collaboration and communication skills. You are fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and have a good command of English, both spoken and written. The position may be security classified, which may require Swedish citizenship. Qualifications: - Experience in server administration on Linux platforms - Strong ability to document solutions - Experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing infrastructure solutions - Strong ability to communicate with technically skilled colleagues and colleagues from other professions - Skills in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell for task automation - Knowledge of Ansible and AWX - Experience working with Red Hat and Ubuntu - Experience with tools for structuring and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) - Good understanding of version control and experience with Git, including commits, merges, branch management, and pull requests - Experience in security work to secure server platforms, such as hardening operating systems and monitoring security incidents Desirable: - Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet - Experience with Red Hat Satellite and Ubuntu Landscape - Experience with VMware for virtualization - Experience with Agile methodologies - Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines It is important for us that you can work according to our core values: - Together we make each other successful. - We listen in.
