**About the Role:**
We are currently seeking a Service Coordinator who will play a central role in planning, managing, and following up on service and support cases related to solar panels, battery storage, heat pumps, and smart energy systems.
You will work closely with our technicians, electricians, and installers to ensure that both customer experience and work processes maintain high quality.
**Your main responsibilities will include:**
- Planning and coordinating service and support cases for our private customers
- Booking and leading installers, electricians, and subcontractors
- Providing technical support in renewable energy and energy-smart systems
- Maintaining ongoing and professional contact with customers throughout the case
- Ensuring documentation, follow-up, and structure in our systems
- Taking responsibility for the entire service process from start to finish
You will be part of our operations team in Hyllie, Malmö, where you will work on-site alongside dedicated and knowledgeable colleagues.
**Requirements:**
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Strong computer skills and comfort with digital systems
- Basic technical understanding of areas such as electricity, IT, or energy technology
- Good communication skills and a willingness to assist customers and colleagues
To succeed in this role, we see that you have a strong interest in technology and enjoy diving into details to understand and troubleshoot various types of cases. You are motivated by finding solutions, untangling complex situations, and ensuring that customers receive the right assistance. Analyzing, structuring, and driving a case to completion is something you both appreciate and excel at.
**Meritorious:**
- Previous experience in installation, with solar panels, charging stations, or electricity
- Experience in service and support work
- Familiarity with working in CRM systems
- Experience in technical troubleshooting or service planning
- Industry experience in renewable energy, electrical engineering, or HVAC
