Univox develops and delivers hearing loop and sound systems that make public environments accessible to everyone. Here, you'll experience a varied workday where one day you'll be in the office supporting customers via phone and email with technical questions, and the next day you'll be out visiting a customer to discuss installation or demonstrate how the systems work. You'll become a crucial link between technology, service, and sales. From providing advice and support to creating long-term relationships with new and existing customers, both within Sweden and internationally.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide technical advice and support to customers – both over phone/email and on-site
• Visit customers before or during installations and conduct training for installers and users
• Showcase products at trade shows, events, and presentations in Sweden and abroad
• Contribute to developing sales and customer experience together with the team
Candidate Profile
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in technology, who is curious and meticulous. You are driven by doing things right, solving problems, and finding smart solutions for customers. You have likely previously worked in service or sales and thrive in a role that combines customer contact with technical matters.
You are approachable, communicative, and social, and enjoy building trust in customer dialogues. At the same time, you are self-motivated, initiative-taking, and unafraid of new challenges.
Humility is important to you; you're happy to help where needed and value close collaboration with colleagues. At Univox, we work as a tight-knit team where we support each other and share knowledge to succeed together.
We prefer candidates who have:
• Excellent Swedish and English skills – additional languages are a plus
• Complete high school education
• Good communication skills and customer interaction experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365
• Experience in sound technology or IT is meritorious
Additional Information
Start: Immediately or by agreement
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: Flexible office hours, possibility of hybrid work (1 day/week remote)
Travel: Required, both within Sweden and internationally (trade shows, customer visits)
Location: Förrådsvägen 2B, Lidingö
