Job Description

As a Technical Sales Representative at Metro Therm, you'll have an exciting and business-driven role where you'll build and develop customer relationships – primarily in the district heating central segment. You'll actively work to identify new customers, create business opportunities, and network with HVAC installers, energy companies, technical consultants, and HVAC wholesalers.
Simultaneously, you'll nurture and further develop relationships with existing customers. The role is suitable for someone who is self-driven, structured, and motivated by creating long-term value for both customers and Metro Therm.
You'll work closely with sales colleagues and our technical specialists to always deliver fast, personal, and professional service. Customer meetings occur both physically and digitally, and you'll have the freedom to adapt your work to the customer's needs.
We see your sales area as something we'd like to shape together with you. The focus is primarily on Stockholm, but if you live in another location, we're positive about you being responsible for both your region and Stockholm. We believe in flexibility and want to create an arrangement that works optimally for both you and us.
The position is full-time, and you'll report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications
We're seeking someone who thrives in a business-oriented role where you independently structure your workday and take initiative to drive business forward. You have a strong goal focus and work long-term to build value-creating relationships, always with business acumen and customer benefit at the center.
To succeed in the role, it's important that you have both technical experience and a genuine interest in technology, enabling you to understand the customer's needs and create value in dialogue. You have experience in sales with a technical orientation, preferably within HVAC and/or energy technology.
We're looking for a self-driven and results-oriented sales professional with strong motivation. You're driven by creating new business, curious about the customer's operations, and comfortable in the role of advisory sales.
Furthermore, you're communicative, credible, and skilled at building relationships, both in personal meetings and over time. Structure and personal responsibility are a matter of course for you, as is the desire to contribute to both customer and company success.
You have good IT skills and speak Swedish and English fluently in both speech and writing.
A B driver's license is required.
