**Responsibilities**
As a technical sales representative at EagleBurgmann, you will have a varied and independent daily routine where you combine technical problem-solving with long-term relationship-building sales. You will be responsible for your region in Northern Sweden and plan your customer visits independently, meeting both existing and new customers within the process industry, pulp & paper, energy, dairy, mining, and many other sectors. A significant part of your time will involve understanding customer needs, identifying challenges in their rotating equipment, and collaborating with our experienced technical team to develop the best solutions – from seals and compensators to optimizing their entire equipment.
- Plan and conduct customer visits in the region
- Work with both existing customers and new customer acquisition
- Identify customer needs and develop technical solutions in collaboration with technical support
- Present quotes and solution proposals
- Assemble and install products as needed
- Drive the entire business process from initial contact to closure
- Participate in trade fairs, industry meetings, and customer activities
- Collaborate closely with inside sales, the technical team, and service workshops
You will work from home and be responsible for the Skellefteå-Kiruna area. Travel and overnight stays are part of the role.

If you have previously worked with rotating equipment, industrial maintenance, or technical sales, it is an advantage, but your personality and drive are equally important.
