As a Technical Sales Representative in Vision at SICK, you'll have the opportunity to work with the market's most advanced camera-based sensors and vision technology. The role involves combining technical consulting with customer-oriented sales, and together with our experts, you'll help industry enhance quality, increase efficiency, and automate their processes. About the Role As a Technical Sales Representative in Vision, you are responsible for driving business and developing customer relationships in the field of image processing and vision technology. You work consultatively, which means understanding customer needs, processes, and challenges to offer solutions that make a real difference. Your assignment covers both new and existing customers and involves a high degree of customer contact, primarily in Sweden but also in Norway. The role involves significant travel, with approximately three days per week spent with customers. Primary Responsibilities: - Process new customers and develop existing collaborations within Vision - Map customer needs and create solution proposals in dialogue with technical experts - Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations - Follow market trends in vision technology and identify business opportunities - Contribute insights to product and business development to strengthen SICK's position in the field Qualifications We are seeking candidates who have: - Technical education in automation, electro-, computer, robotics, or similar - Experience in technical sales, preferably in vision, image analysis, or automation - Good understanding of industrial processes and automation technology - Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written - Valid driver's license (B-class) Personality To succeed in the role, we see that you are: - Business-oriented and driven, with the ability to identify and develop business opportunities - Communicative and comfortable in dialogue with different types of customers - Solution-oriented and curious about new technology - Structured and self-driven, with the ability for proactivity and self-leadership - Independent in your work approach but comfortable collaborating when needed Offer As an employee at SICK AB, you'll get an employer that values work-life balance, invests in skills development, and offers a culture characterized by innovation, collaboration, and long-term thinking.
