About this role
Are you technically skilled and enjoy close contact with customers? With us, you will have a varied role where you combine sales, consulting, and responsibility for the store and warehouse.
About the Company
At Morek, we take pride in being a leading supplier of high-quality technical components to the transport industry. We offer a wide range of products – from wheel accessories and braking systems to axles and superstructure solutions – through partnerships with global manufacturers such as WABCO, BAWER, MCD, and SAF. Our focus is not only on products but also on service and technical expertise. We always strive to provide our customers with the right advice and quick solutions, supported by a dedicated team in sales, warehouse, and customer support.
With our headquarters in Skytta and a strong local presence throughout Norway, we are well anchored in the market and have a clear growth ambition. Our Swedish subsidiary, MoRek AB, is based in Hässleholm and shares the same focus on service, technical consulting, and long-term customer relationships. Together with our Norwegian offices, we work to be a reliable partner for workshops, retailers, and transport companies.
We are now looking to complement our team in Hässleholm with a Technical Sales Representative responsible for the store and warehouse. In this recruitment, we are collaborating with Wikan Personal.
Your Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Representative with store and warehouse responsibility, you will have a varied and developing everyday life where you combine technical consulting, customer contact, and practical work. You will be responsible for sales to both new and existing B2B customers, where you build long-term relationships and ensure that customers receive the right products and solutions. In the store and warehouse, you will handle order management, goods reception, picking and packing, and maintaining a well-organized and sales-oriented store environment. You will provide technical support regarding trailer parts, braking systems, axles, and related products, assisting customers both on-site and via phone/email.
The role also includes planning and conducting customer visits as well as participating in trade fairs and customer activities. Travel is expected, approximately 30–40 days per year.
Your Background/Your Qualities
We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with a technical focus, and documented experience in technical B2B sales – ideally within the heavy vehicle industry. You have good product knowledge of trailer parts and similar components and are comfortable providing technical advice.
You have previously worked in a store and warehouse and feel at ease with systems such as MS Office, CRM systems, and digital order management. A valid driver's license (B) is required, as well as proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
As a person, you are independent, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks. You are structured and solution-oriented, service-minded, and have a knack for building good customer relationships. You appreciate a role that allows you to combine practical work with sales and customer contact, and you are a team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
We Offer You
We offer a broad and stimulating role in a company with extensive expertise and high quality in products and services. With us, you will have the opportunity to influence both your daily work and the company's development while working closely with customers and products you can be proud of. You will become part of a dedicated team with a positive atmosphere and a helpful culture, where your skills and drive are valued. We offer competitive terms, development opportunities, and a work environment where you can grow both technically and commercially.
