About the Role
As a Technical Sales Representative at Arena Kemi, you will become a key player in the company's continued growth journey. You will work closely with the CEO and team, focusing on creating value for both new and existing customers. The role is field-based, with a base in Skottorp, involving travel primarily in southern Sweden.
More specifically, the position includes:
- Visiting and developing relationships with existing customers
- Prospecting new customers and following up on website leads
- Conducting needs analyses and offering tailored solutions
- Selling hygiene products - primarily chemicals, but also equipment and services
- Writing quotes and following up on sales processes
- Collaborating with internal functions such as order reception and quality control
About You
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a social, unpretentious, and communicative person who enjoys building long-term relationships. You can communicate with both production staff and procurement managers, and have a genuine interest in chemicals, technology, or food production.
Requirements for the position:
- Food technology education or other education deemed suitable for the role
- Alternatively, experience in similar technical sales, such as chemicals, cleaning products, or disinfection for industries
- Valid driver's license (B-license)
- Excellent Swedish in speech and writing
- Ability to write quotes and work in business systems (Visma is meritorious)

Location: Skottorp
Scope: Full-time
Working Hours: 08:00-16:30, Monday-Friday
Salary: Fixed salary and annual bonus
