About the Client Company The company's production unit is located in Lund and is a contract manufacturer within the EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) industry. Production spans several business areas and is expected to increase significantly in the coming years. Job Responsibilities After an introduction and possibly some training, you are expected to work with troubleshooting and repairs of various circuit boards that fail quality checks during the manufacturing process for various reasons. This may involve manufacturing defects identified through visual inspection or X-ray, as well as other faults that must be located by reading electrical schematics and taking measurements on the boards. Once the fault is identified, necessary repairs are carried out. To succeed in this role, it is required that you have a basic understanding of electronic components (types, packages, and labeling). It is advantageous if you also have good soldering skills, both with leaded and lead-free solder. Requirements • The right attitude and willingness • Experience in repairing electronic products • Good knowledge of electronic components • Proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written • Genuine interest in electronics • Experience and knowledge of using measuring instruments such as multimeters and oscilloscopes Meritorious • Experience in electronics production and soldering • Certified according to IPC-A-610 • Other IPC certifications • Experience working with SPI, AOI, AXI, or other automatic inspection methods • Previous work at the component level, such as a repair technician or service technician • Soldering certification Conditions Start: As agreed Location: Lund Working hours: Flexible daytime, Monday to Friday Scope: Full-time Your Profile We are looking for someone who enjoys working towards set goals.
