About the Assignment:
Our client is implementing an Airport Operational Plan (AOP) for Arlanda Airport. The purpose of the AOP is to create a shared situational overview for the airport's various stakeholders, increase predictability and operational efficiency, and serve as a tool to minimize disruption effects.
As part of this work, our client will procure a SaaS solution to be used by airport operational stakeholders – such as airport operator, ground handling company, airlines, air traffic service provider, border police, customs, etc.
The procured solution will be integrated with multiple data sources and systems via the client's integration platform using APIs. Forecast models for capacity and demand information will be developed by the client, while data aggregation and KPI calculation will be managed on the client's BI platform.
Role Description:
We are seeking an experienced technical project manager responsible for implementing the AOP solution in its entirety – covering both the procurement of the solution and development of client-side components.
The role involves close collaboration with the main project manager and encompasses responsibility for the technical delivery. You will work in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and contribute to ensuring quality, stable deliveries, and effective integration solutions.

Mandatory Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of technical project management experience in complex IT projects, including multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS)
• Proven track record of driving technical projects with documented successful results, focusing on delivery, quality, and collaboration
• Background in system development
• Extensive knowledge and experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and management
• Solid experience working closely with project managers, IT architects, developers, and external vendors
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities in complex environments
• Comprehensive technical understanding of system development, system integration, BI, and cloud solutions
• Fluent Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Relevant academic education or equivalent work experience
Meriting:
• Experience configuring federated authentication and Azure Entra ID
Expertise Level:
Knowledge: High competence in the field
Experience: Good knowledge and experience in the specified area, typically as a consultant
Management: Ability to take responsibility for the competence area and lead a small group

Security Screening Information: Each client places high requirements on consultant's security and confidentiality awareness. Security screening with background check and signing of security protection agreement according to Security Protection Act (2018:585) may be conducted for the consultant and consulting company before contract execution.
Interview: Consultant/Vendor may be called for an interview to confirm qualification requirements if needed.
