Professionals Nord, in collaboration with ScandiNova, is seeking a Technical Project Manager. Responsibilities
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of customer-specific systems from requirements analysis and design, through production and testing, to installation and customer approval. You will work closely with both customers and internal specialists, fostering a clear, solution-oriented dialogue throughout the project lifecycle.
Examples of responsibilities:
• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects until approved customer delivery
• Be responsible for requirements interpretation, change management, and contractual reconciliations
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, purchasing, testing, and sales
• Participate in FAT/SAT and represent ScandiNova in customer dialogues
• Actively contribute to the development of project models, processes, and working methods
• Ensure clear communication regarding risks, status, decisions, and timelines
We are looking for someone who:
• Has several years of experience in technical project management
• Holds an engineering background in industrial economics, mechanical engineering, electronics, or similar
• Has experience with project models/gateways
• Is highly proficient in Excel and preferably Power BI
• Has a good understanding of technical systems and customer order-driven deliveries
• Is fluent in both Swedish and English
