About the role: As a Technical Project Manager at Dustin, you will have overall responsibility for driving and leading major transformations within the organization's business-critical systems, with a particular focus on ERP migrations and modernization of the IT landscape. You will be the hub in complex projects that involve restructuring product and contract structures, automating business flows, and developing new portal solutions. You will work closely with the management team, the CEO, and other key stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are involved and informed throughout the change journey. The role involves coordinating both internal resources and external collaborations, such as consulting firms and development teams. You will balance strategic and operational issues, identify what can be driven internally and what needs to be outsourced, and ensure that the project delivers business value and long-term stability. You will create structure, manage risks and budgets, and lead the change process from planning to implementation and follow-up. You are expected to drive multiple initiatives in parallel and be a key person in shaping and building the future of Dustin through technological advancements and business development.
Your profile: We are looking for someone with at least 10 years of experience in driving and leading technical projects, preferably within larger organizations or corporations. You have solid experience in transformations and infrastructure projects, particularly in ERP (preferably Microsoft Dynamics, alternatively SAP). You have documented experience in leading complex projects and are accustomed to working with steering committees as well as understanding and managing the dynamics of the management team. You have a good understanding of software development and experience working closely with developers and engineers, as well as collaborating with consulting firms and external development teams. You are skilled in stakeholder management and possess excellent communication and leadership abilities. You work systematically and organized, have a strong focus on achieving set goals, and can switch between a strategic overview and detailed level. You have experience using modern project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and MS Planner, and are accustomed to managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is an advantage. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
