About this role
A smart and meaningful choice
Do you want to be part of driving development at one of Sweden's most modern paper mills? At Holmen Braviken, we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager who wants to help develop our production, our facilities, and our sustainable practices.
About Bravikens Paper Mill
Bravikens Paper Mill is one of the world's most production-efficient paper mills. With advanced technology, they transform the Swedish forest into innovative specialty papers used for magazines, books, direct mail, and packaging. The mill employs nearly 400 staff who share a strong desire to do a good job and contribute to a greener future. Here, you will find knowledgeable and engaged colleagues, and the workplace is characterized by both competence and community. The mill is beautifully situated by the shores of Bråviken, just outside Norrköping.
Your Role
As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing investment and improvement projects—from concept to completed facility. You will drive projects in mechanics, process technology, and automation in close collaboration with operations, maintenance, and external suppliers.
Who You Are

As a project manager, you work in a structured and goal-oriented manner. You can prioritize and make decisions even under time pressure, and you drive projects forward with a holistic perspective. You plan both short- and long-term, anticipate obstacles, and ensure that resources are used efficiently. Your ability to engage and motivate others will be a crucial part of the success of the projects.
We are looking for someone who has:
• A technical education, preferably in mechanical, process, or energy fields
• Project management training
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical project work and project management
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• A valid driver's license (B category)
It is advantageous if you have:

• Good knowledge of contracts (e.g., SSG), procurement, and legal aspects within the purchasing area
• Knowledge of IFS
