About the position As a Technical Project Manager, you hold a central role in the team, ensuring continuous communication with both project resources and clients to drive projects forward in accordance with the agreed timeline and budget. You ensure that requirements are defined, and that both project and effect goals are established, as well as that a project plan is developed. You execute and follow up on the project according to the plan. You lead project meetings and ensure that any changes and risks are managed. Your main responsibilities • Identify project goals and scope, as well as boundaries • Ensure the development of requirements, project, and timeline including scheduling and resource planning • Participate in the preparation of documentation, quotes, calculations, and resource assessments • Execute projects, continuously follow up on progress, and provide information to clients • Manage requirements and changes • Budget and result responsibility for the project The position also includes: • Coordinating decisions regarding technical solutions from a lifecycle and service perspective, as well as the project's framework • Capturing and managing IT security • Capturing and managing operational and maintenance requirements Who are you? We are looking for someone with: • A technical university education or equivalent knowledge in the field • At least 5 years of experience leading IT/system-related projects • Familiarity with working according to the Project Model PPS or equivalent • Good knowledge of ITIL and requirements for operations and maintenance • Attention to detail, structure, analytical skills, conscientiousness, and proactivity • A holistic perspective • Knowledge of project economics and contract law It is advantageous if you have previous experience in one or more of the following areas: • Knowledge and/or experience with radio and telecommunications systems For the position, you are required to be professional, service-oriented, and possess an approach and sensitivity that allows you to understand our clients' varying needs. You have good communication skills and can express yourself easily in both spoken and written Swedish and English. You are driven and have a knack for collaborating with others in a group. You are also pedagogical and have the ability to make yourself understood by your surroundings based on their conditions. About the organization AVISEQ operates within critical communication.
