To meet our customers' needs, we are strengthening our organization with a Technical Project Manager based in Köping. About the Role As a Technical Project Manager, you will be the hub between the customer, sales, and technology. You will be responsible for customer contact, business development, and the execution of customized technical projects. From the first customer dialogue, you will build trust, identify needs, and translate them into profitable solutions. You will drive the entire process from early feasibility studies, through quotes and contracts, to delivery and follow-up. Along the way, you will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure everyone is working towards the same goals. At the same time, you will maintain structure on timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure stable delivery. In your daily work, you will combine prospecting, needs analysis, and quote preparation with active project management at the customer site. Responsibilities Your main responsibilities will include: - Leading technical projects from the early development phase to stable series production together with cross-functional teams. - Ensuring that products are effectively introduced into production with the right quality, timeline, and cost. - Acting as a hub between the customer, development, and production to create value in every project. - Nurturing and developing existing customer relationships while identifying new needs and business opportunities. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has/is: - An engineering degree or other equivalent acquired knowledge. - Several years of experience in technical project management within the manufacturing industry or relevant manufacturing experience. - Technical and economic understanding. - Ability to achieve set goals. - Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. - Experience with plastics is highly advantageous. - Experience with tools is highly advantageous. - A valid driver's license (B category).
