Technical Project Manager

About the Assignment We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager for an assignment related to the implementation of an Airport Operations Plan (AOP). The purpose of the AOP is to create a shared situational awareness for the airport's various stakeholders, improve operational efficiency, and reduce the impact of disruptions. A new SaaS solution will be introduced and used by multiple operational actors at the airport, including airport operator, ground handling companies, airlines, air traffic service provider, border police, and customs. The solution will be integrated with multiple data sources via an integration platform, utilizing APIs and BI tools to calculate and visualize key performance indicators. The Role As Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the complete implementation of the AOP solution, including the deployment of the procured platform and the development of internally managed components. You will work closely with the overall project management and be responsible for the technical aspects of delivery. The role requires the ability to navigate a complex environment with multiple stakeholders and ensure quality, stability, and effective integration solutions. We are seeking someone who is technically skilled, structured, solution-oriented, with strong communication abilities and the capacity to build trust in collaborations. Qualifications – Mandatory Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in technical project management of complex IT projects, including multi-cloud environments (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud, AWS). • Documented experience in driving technical projects with a focus on quality, delivery, and collaboration. • Background in system development. • Experience with agile methodologies, including sprint planning and management. • Experience collaborating closely with project managers, IT architects, developers, and external suppliers. • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills. • Technical understanding of system development, system integration, BI, and cloud solutions. • Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Relevant academic education or equivalent experience.
