About this role
**Summary of the Assignment:**
Responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of all IT-related infrastructure required to operationalize a new facility, office, or production site. Ensure that all IT infrastructure (network, server environment, workplaces, communication, security, etc.) is established in a structured, secure, and cost-effective manner so that operations can commence as planned.
**Main Responsibilities:**
- Lead and coordinate the teams.
- Ensure that technical solutions meet requirements for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Establish and monitor project plans, budgets, risk management, and timelines.
- Manage requirements together with stakeholders.
- Coordinate deliveries between different technical teams.
- Report project status.
- Make decisions on technical matters in consultation with architects and development teams.
- Coordinate external installers and internal IT specialists (e.g., network, client, security).
**Requirements for Skills and Experience:**
**Technical Skills:**
- Good understanding of software development.
- Experience in system integration.
- Understanding of architectural principles and technical debt management.
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure projects and site establishments.
- Technical understanding of networks, security, and client platforms.
**Project Management Skills:**
- Documented experience in leading technical development projects.
- Knowledge of project methodologies such as:
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
- Ability to create and follow up on project plans, budgets, and resources.
**Communication and Leadership:**
- Strong leadership skills and good ability to motivate teams.
- Clear and transparent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage conflicts and make decisions under time pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Manage suppliers and contractors, follow up on deliveries and installations.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

**Educational Requirements:**
- Master's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent education in computer engineering, systems science, or a related field.
- Alternatively, equivalent experience from the workforce.
**Terms and Scope:**
This is a fixed-term full-time position for approximately 6 months in the initial phase, with the possibility of extension at NXT Interim Stockholm AB.
40 hours per week, based at our client's location in Stockholm, Järfälla, or Linköping.

You must be a Swedish citizen and undergo a security clearance before starting.
As a subcontractor, you need to be an exclusive self-employed individual.
