About the Position We are seeking two Technical Product Representatives (TPR) with a focus on Geographical Information Systems (GIS) for the IT Infrastructure Section at TVK Ledsyst. As a Technical Product Representative focusing on GIS, you will play a key role in developing the Swedish Armed Forces' geospatial infrastructure. You will be responsible for driving the development and management of GIS software and geographical information services between and within the Swedish Armed Forces' ICT platforms. You will work at the intersection of operations, IT, and suppliers to ensure that our geographical information services create value for the Swedish Armed Forces as a whole. You will: • Lead and participate in the development of geographical information services in line with operational needs and strategic goals. • Manage and develop geographical services with a focus on user benefits, cost-effectiveness, and future-proofing. • Be responsible for product lifecycles, from needs analysis and prioritization to implementation and management. • Handle geodata provision to technical systems, configuration management, system support, and system coordination. • Work closely with internal stakeholders, development teams, IT architects, and suppliers to develop effective and sustainable solutions. • Participate in procurement and contract follow-up of technical solutions. • Ensure that solutions meet information security, archival, and public access requirements. REQUIREMENTS Qualifications • University degree in Geographic Information Technology, Land Surveying, Systems Science, or equivalent experience. • Several years of experience in system management and IT solution development, preferably in public or government sector. • Experience with ArcGIS platform, database management, and geodata management.
