Technical Personnel - Former Machine Operators

Teknopress in Ljungby is seeking machine operators who are interested in becoming setters in the long term. Brief facts about the job: Scope: Full-time (Temporary hiring followed by permanent employment by the client) Duration: Permanent Employment Type: Trial employment / Permanent employment Teknopress is a company in the plastics industry that has emerged as a complete supplier of hard plastics since its establishment in 1995. The company has a modern machinery fleet that includes 17 injection molding machines. Teknopress works with both small and large clients in the industry, such as: electrical applications (high- and low-voltage), trucks, buses, trains, signaling systems for trains, cars and other vehicles, defense and welding industry, lamp housings, pump housings, kitchen equipment, medicine, water and air purification. Your future workplace: In your role as a machine operator at Teknopress, your main task will be to operate and maintain the machines. It is important that you are technically skilled and comfortable troubleshooting when problems arise. Production is largely automated, which means you will work with computerized machines and robots. We expect you to feel comfortable starting up new items in terms of machine and robot programming. You will work in a team with other machine operators and setters, but you need to be able to take responsibility and make decisions independently. This is a varied job as the plastics industry often involves problem-solving. You must be able to work afternoon and night shifts. The first few weeks of training will take place during the day.
