Your Profile To thrive and succeed in the role, we are looking for someone with previous experience in service and administration, and a natural ability to build good customer relationships. We are seeking candidates who have:
• Experience in customer service, administration, or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customers professionally
• Structured work approach and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with business systems and digital platforms is meritorious
