Technical Requirements Specialist for Taxi App

About the Role As a requirements specialist, you will play a central role in transforming business needs into clear requirements and usable solutions. You will work closely with our product owners, developers, UX designers, and testers in agile teams, responsible for ensuring that requirements and documentation are structured and quality-assured, and for translating overall business requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Your Mission • Identify, analyze, and document requirements together with the business. • Describe functions and workflows in a clear and structured manner. • Ensure correct implementation of requirements through testing and verification. • Collaborate with development teams in an agile working method. • Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and documentation. Your Profile • University degree in IT, Systems Science, Engineering, or equivalent field. • Experience with requirements specification and documentation in development projects. • Strong ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical requirements. • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is meritorious. • Detailed, communicative, and structured with great understanding of both technology and business. • Interest in the business and how technology impacts customer experience is an important characteristic. • Fluent in English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
