About this role
**About the Assignment**
We are seeking a technical coordinator with experience in rail vehicles, maintenance, and documentation systems. The assignment involves creating a clear plan for how accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation should be published in accordance with the applicable vehicle configuration and industry standards.
You will play a key role in analyzing existing documentation, identifying deficiencies, and proposing a strategy for how it can be updated, structured, and stored in a uniform, editable, and searchable format.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and ensure the quality of the reception of existing maintenance documentation
- Analyze the status of documentation and identify deficiencies
- Propose strategies and milestones to achieve accurate documentation
- Ensure that the documentation complies with the requirements of the ECM regulation and SS-EN 15380
- Structure and format the material in a uniform and searchable format
- Participate in the preparation of reports and specifications as a basis for upcoming procurements
**Requirements Profile**
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
- Experience in rail vehicle technology and maintenance development
- Good knowledge of vehicle documentation and documentation systems
- Experience in coordinating and ensuring the quality of technical documentation
- Familiarity with ECM and RAMS/RCM
- Knowledge of SS-EN 15380 and related standards
- Experience in project management within technical or industrial environments
- Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English
**Desirable**
- Experience with documentation systems such as SharePoint, TrainMate, or Teamcenter
- Experience working with maintenance documentation in vehicle or railway environments
- Knowledge of format standardization and digitization processes

**Practical Information**
- Start: As soon as possible after assignment
