We are now seeking a Technical Inside Sales Representative at our Gothenburg office who wants to help drive development forward. Your Role As a Technical Inside Sales Representative at Dürr Systems AB, you will play a key role in our after-market organization. You will become a crucial person in developing and driving sales of spare parts and related services to our existing customers, with a focus on long-term relationships, technical understanding, and world-class service. The role is varied and combines commercial responsibility with technical expertise. You will work closely with our engineers, project managers, and service department, and have daily contact with both Swedish and international customers and suppliers. Primary Responsibilities * Drive and develop spare parts sales to existing customers. * Develop and update recommended spare parts lists in collaboration with engineers and project managers. * Create quotes, manage orders, and follow up deliveries. * Support the service department with spare parts supply for planned maintenance and service projects. * Ensure quotes, spare parts lists, and technical documentation are accurate and up-to-date. * Coordinate item data and price lists in the business system (SAP). * Collaborate with purchasing to secure delivery times and cost-effective solutions. * Work proactively with customer contacts, campaigns, and spare parts visibility to increase sales. * Participate in developing routines and processes for spare parts management and customer support. The position is based at our Gothenburg office and involves some travel, approximately 15-20 days per year, both within Sweden and internationally. Who We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who is technically interested, commercially driven, and who thrives in a role that combines customer contact, technology, and business. You are social, communicative, and solution-oriented, motivated by providing the best possible service. To succeed in the role, we want you to have: * High school education in technology or business. Post-secondary education is highly meritorious. * Experience in technical sales, inside sales, purchasing, or after-market in industrial operations. * Good computer skills and experience with business systems, preferably SAP. * Excellent Swedish and English language skills, both verbal and written. * Driving license B. As a person, you are result-oriented, structured, and committed, with an eye for detail and customer satisfaction.
