Eveco is currently one of the leading actors in indoor climate solutions for commercial properties in Sweden. We market and sell products from leading manufacturers in Europe. The key to our success is the ability to support our customers with technical expertise and support in projects and ongoing sales. Our customers are within HVAC and ventilation, primarily with wholesalers, installers, and consultants. Eveco is a secure, expansive company with long experience, having been part of the market for over 45 years. Today, we are part of the Ernström Group. We are located in beautiful, airy premises in Mölndal with our warehouse in the same building. Our new inside sales representative will sit together with the rest of the team – currently, we are 19 employees.
We have an experienced sales team that we now want to strengthen with an additional technical inside sales representative. In this role, you will help our customers with product selection and solution development. You will be responsible for incoming inquiries and orders. You will support our district sales representatives with their customers, dimensioning technical solutions, creating quotes, and registering orders. The position also includes providing technical advice to our customers. Customer contact will primarily be with existing customers, through daily communication via email and phone.
Competence and Experience
To be the candidate we are looking for, you should have a relevant technical education. We prefer candidates with experience from the construction industry, with competence in HVAC, electrical, flow, or similar areas. Previous experience with sales and customer contacts is a significant plus.
You need to be service-oriented and able to understand and identify customer needs. It is beneficial if you are accommodating, professional, and skilled at building trust. It is important that you are detail-oriented and structured, and able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. With us, you will work both independently and in a team. To enjoy this position, you should like developing and selling complete systems and solutions, not just standard products.
