Technical Inside Sales Representative – For Those Who Love Where Technology Meets Customer! Primetek Systems AB is a Swedish environmental technology company based in Västerås. We specialize in automated and efficient solutions for managing cutting fluids, chips, and die-cut scrap – a crucial part of more sustainable industrial production. We deliver comprehensive solutions from project design to installation and service, primarily for metal processing industry and steel mills. We are a small, knowledgeable, and committed team focused on quality, robust solutions, and clear customer orientation. Your Role with Us You will have a varied role with significant personal responsibility. You'll be the link between customer, design, and supplier, following the business from initial idea to final solution. This can involve anything from spare parts and renovations to specialized solutions in the customer's production. Your Responsibilities: • Receive customer inquiries, schedule meetings, and close deals • Discuss technical solutions with customers, often related to maintenance and production technology • Create quote calculations and gather pricing from suppliers in Sweden and internationally • Customer visits for inquiries or project reviews • Purchasing and inventory management to ensure appropriate material and spare part levels We Are Looking for Someone Who: • Is technically interested and practical-minded • Enjoys customer contact and finding solutions • Creates business opportunities • Thrives in an environment with personal responsibility and close team collaboration • Preferably has experience in inside sales, technical support, project management • Has strong drive, curiosity, and genuine technical interest • Is detail-oriented and good at planning and sharing information • Has good Swedish and English language skills • Holds a driver's license and has access to personal vehicle What We Offer: • Work with technology and see your solutions become reality • Freedom with responsibility in a role where you make a real difference • Join an down-to-earth, unpretentious, and supportive team • A job with continuous challenges and business development Application deadline is December 1st.
