About the Role
As a Technical Property Manager, you will play a central role in the long-term and sustainable development and management of the residential portfolio. You will be responsible for the technical operations and planning of maintenance, investments, and energy efficiency improvements. The role involves close collaboration with property managers, operations technicians, contractors, and other partners, where you will drive improvements and ensure high quality in both technology and service.
Your Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure the technical status of the properties and plan long-term maintenance
• Drive projects related to energy, maintenance, and technical development
• Monitor regulatory requirements, inspections, and contracts
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Contribute to sustainability goals through energy efficiency and improved work methods
Are You the One We Are Looking For?
We are looking for someone who has a combination of technical expertise and the ability to create structure and collaboration. You are solution-oriented, self-driven, and have an easy time building trust both internally and externally.
We seek someone who has:
• Post-secondary education in technology or property management
• At least 5 years of experience in technical property management and residential properties
• Experience in project management, contract law, and LOU/AFF
• Knowledge of energy and sustainability issues within real estate
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
• A valid driver's license (B-category)
