Job Description
We are currently seeking a Technical Property Manager. Responsible for the operation and delivery of technical management and property maintenance for assigned properties, facilities, and offices in the MELLAN region, as well as for monitoring the delivery. The role includes responsibility for setting, following up on, and ensuring that the operational budget within the area of responsibility is adhered to while achieving established quality and sustainability goals and delivering projects on time.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the daily property and service operations of facilities/offices.
• Develop the operational budget for technical management and property maintenance in collaboration with service providers for assigned properties within the area of responsibility.
• Maintain contacts with the business unit (BU) at the operational level.
• Collaborate with the service provider(s) of FM Hard services.
• Monitor KPIs and product and service quality in agreements with FM Hard suppliers.
• Ensure effective information and communication.
Mandatory Requirements
• Extensive experience (>= 5 years) in the delivery of FM Hard services.
• Extensive experience (>= 5 years) working with BMS systems for operational optimization.
• Experience in delivering RE&FM services to larger companies.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Relevant education in technical management and property maintenance, along with equivalent extensive experience in delivering technical management and property maintenance.
• Valid driver's license.
Desirable Qualifications
• Extensive experience (>= 5 years) in the delivery of FM Soft services.
• Extensive experience (>= 5 years) in administrative property management.
• Extensive experience (>= 5 years) in energy management.
• Experience in nuclear power or equivalent process or manufacturing industry.
