Technical Property Manager

Start: July 1, 2026 | End: December 31, 2026 Do you want to take full responsibility for technical property management in a complex and socially important environment? We are now looking for an experienced Technical Property Manager who wants to work in the Central region and be responsible for the operation, service, and delivery of technical management for facilities, offices, and properties. Here, you will be offered a role with significant operational responsibility, where you will work closely with the business to ensure that both quality and sustainability goals are met. About the assignment In this role, you will hold a key position responsible for the daily operation of technical facilities and offices. You will drive the delivery together with external FM providers and ensure that the budget, KPIs, and service quality are monitored and developed. At the same time, you will be a central contact person for the business and contribute to efficient processes, good communication, and a safe operational environment. Your responsibilities As a Technical Property Manager, you will: - Drive and be responsible for the daily property and service operations for assigned properties and facilities. - Develop and monitor the operational budget for technical management and property maintenance in close collaboration with operational providers. - Act as the operational contact person for the business/Business Unit. - Collaborate with providers of FM Hard services and ensure delivery according to agreements. - Monitor KPIs and OPIs as well as quality within products and services. - Ensure effective communication and information flow to all relevant stakeholders. Requirements – what you need to have - At least 5 years of experience in the delivery of FM Hard services. - At least 5 years of experience working with BMS systems for operational optimization. - Experience in delivering RE and FM services to larger organizations. - Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both written and spoken. - A valid driver's license (B category). Preferred experiences - At least 5 years of experience in FM Soft services. - At least 5 years of experience in administrative property management. - At least 5 years of experience in energy management. - Experience from nuclear power, process industry, or manufacturing industry. Your background You have relevant education in technical management and property maintenance, or extensive experience that provides equivalent competence.
