Technical Management Coordinator at Swedish Transport Administration in Stockholm
This is a consultant assignment.
Full-time position.

Assignment
The role is responsible for document control, process development, and systematic management in operations, safety, and maintenance of complex road infrastructure. The resource supports asset management by ensuring that governing documentation is updated, quality-assured, and accessible, as well as coordinating safety-critical technical systems and their functional dependencies.
Work Tasks
- Assist Safety and Operations Coordinator in establishing and continuously updating facility-specific documents, including routines, work processes, and instructions for operations, safety, and maintenance of complex road infrastructure.
- Conduct regular reviews and revisions of quality documentation to ensure all requirements and standards are met and documentation is current.
- Follow up and document accidents and incidents by collecting information from relevant systems and conducting interviews with involved parties.
- Ensure that alarm prioritizations, action procedures, and governance principles are followed during operations and incidents.
- Manage and update governance principles and action procedures for operations and maintenance of complex road infrastructures.
- Ensure documentation and governing documents used in asset management are current, quality-assured, and accessible in the client's systems.
- Support asset management by coordinating and monitoring safety-critical technical systems and their functional dependencies in complex road infrastructures.
Requirements (MANDATORY)
- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- University degree (minimum bachelor's degree, 180 ECTS) in civil engineering, project management, or equivalent competence acquired through at least seven (7) years of experience as a consultant, employee, or contractor/client in infrastructure projects
- Minimum three (3) years of documented experience in document control, process development, or systematic management in operations, safety, or maintenance of complex technical facilities
- Minimum three (3) years of documented experience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing governing documentation such as procedures, work processes, instructions, and safety protocols in infrastructure projects
- Documented understanding of asset management principles, e.g., ISO 55000
- Minimum three (3) years of documented experience managing and analyzing large information volumes, compiling decision support, and working with deviation and improvement processes related to operational documentation
- Minimum three (3) years of documented experience in collaboration across technical areas, internal units, and external actors to ensure consistent work methods and documented processes
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems like SharePoint
- Valid Class B driver's license
