Do you want to be part of developing the properties of the future? We are looking for a driven and structured Technical Property Manager who wants to take responsibility for an exciting property portfolio and create long-term value for our clients.
Your Role
As a Technical Property Manager, you will be the central point of contact for your properties. You will be responsible for operations, maintenance, and finances – from budget planning to client communication. You will be the sole person in your role at the location, but you will have strong support from colleagues and your manager.
Examples of Responsibilities:
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and finances of the properties (budget, follow-up, analysis).
• Develop and monitor supplier agreements (e.g., snow removal, landscaping, facility management agreements).
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and participate in inspections.
• Manage insurance matters and smaller projects (renovations, reconstructions).
• Maintain ongoing contact with tenants with a focus on customer care.
• Energy optimization and development of maintenance plans.
We are looking for someone who has:
• 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Property Manager, or in property operations or energy.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• A valid driver's license (B category).
Meritorious:
• Knowledge in energy optimization.
• Education in property management, energy, or operations.
