Technical Property Manager

With our high growth rate and increasing demand for our services, we are actively recruiting and expanding our operations with a Technical Property Manager in Eskilstuna. About the Position As a Technical Property Manager, you will work to best fulfill the client's objectives in the management agreement. You will be responsible for driving and developing the technical maintenance of assigned properties, focusing on economics, operations, cleaning, security, recycling, short and long-term energy savings, and meeting client quality and environmental goals. Example responsibilities: • Operationally responsible for creating maintenance plans and conducting/performing maintenance inspections. • Operationally responsible for procurement and control of ongoing and planned maintenance, ensuring current properties have the most environmentally friendly and cost-effective contractor agreements. • Operationally responsible for operations and maintenance budgets and forecasts in consultation with Contract Manager. • Responsible for purchasing, quality assurance, and evaluation of framework and project-specific suppliers. • Responsible for continuous customer care towards clients and tenants. • Strategic responsibility for workplace environment, systematic fire protection work, authority inspections, safety rounds, and legal compliance. You will become part of a new team in Eskilstuna managing and developing a portfolio of centrally located commercial properties, primarily offices and retail spaces. You will work alongside a commercial manager, property technician, and property manager, collectively responsible for daily operations and ongoing property management with a focus on long-term sustainability and customer satisfaction. Your Profile We are seeking candidates who have: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical education, or comparable work experience • Multiple years of experience in technical management of commercial properties • Extensive experience and knowledge of operational optimization and complex property systems • Significant experience in leading and implementing maintenance projects • Strong economic knowledge • Proficient in Excel • Experience with quality and environmental work • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written Meriting Factors: • Experience with ESG investments We place great importance on personal qualities and seek someone motivated by finding solutions, addressing challenges, and driving improvements.
