Job Description We are seeking a driven and committed Technical Property Manager with a unique combination of strong specialist knowledge and developed leadership skills. You will have operational responsibility for your management group and are expected to have in-depth specialist knowledge in this area, while actively contributing to its development and efficiency. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of the entire Property Management business unit. To succeed in the role, it is crucial that you have good planning skills and take significant responsibility for your work. You are naturally service-oriented, possess a high degree of social competence, and can handle all contacts professionally. Qualifications • Relevant university degree in engineering/real estate/property management or equivalent experience is meritorious. • Responsible and Self-Driven: You take full responsibility for your area and can drive work independently and systematically. • Social and Communicative: A pronounced service mindset, good ability to communicate clearly, and build relationships with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers. • Structured and Planning-Oriented: Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Responsibilities • Present current matters at cooperative housing association board meetings • Practical preparation for board meetings, including reports, documents, and proposed actions and decisions • Consult with the board chairman on ongoing matters • Control and approve cooperative housing association invoices • Rent out potential premises in the cooperative housing association • Handle general inquiries from cooperative housing association members • Communicate with members on behalf of the board • Coordinate and be responsible for procurement and execution of maintenance measures About the Company Randstad At Randstad, we know that everyone has a place in the job market.
