You will have operational responsibility for your management group and are expected to have in-depth specialist knowledge in this area, while actively contributing to its development and efficiency. Qualifications
• Relevant university degree in engineering/real estate/property management or equivalent experience is meritorious.
• Responsible and Self-Driven: You take full responsibility for your area and can drive work independently and systematically.
• Social and Communicative: A pronounced service mindset, good ability to communicate clearly, and build relationships with tenants, colleagues, and suppliers.
• Structured and Planning-Oriented: Ability to manage a wide variety of tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities
• Present current matters at cooperative housing association board meetings
• Practical preparation for board meetings, including reports, documents, and proposed actions and decisions
• Consult with the board chairman on ongoing matters
• Control and approve cooperative housing association invoices
• Rent out potential premises in the cooperative housing association
• Handle general inquiries from cooperative housing association members
• Communicate with members on behalf of the board
• Coordinate and be responsible for procurement and execution of maintenance measures
