Your Responsibilities • Train and certify workshop personnel at SKT's partners • Follow up and renew certifications as needed • Conduct warranty assessments and manage warranty cases • Maintain ongoing dialogue with project managers, sales teams, and partners • Plan and conduct visits to workshops and customers • Contribute to the development of aftermarket work and processes within SKT Worth Knowing As a Technical Aftermarket Manager, you will be part of SKT's central aftermarket team that supports the regional aftermarket organizations across the country. The team currently consists of six people, and you will work closely with colleagues who have backgrounds in construction and technology. The position involves travel throughout the country, primarily day trips but also approximately 4–5 overnight stays per month. You will independently plan your visits and priorities and participate in weekly planning meetings with colleagues in the aftermarket team. You will be based at the office in Täby, Stockholm. Our Expectations We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise and experience working in aftermarket, service, or technical support, preferably from a role as a service technician or technical trainer. However, just as important as your technical knowledge are your personal qualities that enable you to thrive and succeed in an independent and relationship-building role. You are self-assured and can take initiative in both planning and problem-solving. You are accustomed to making decisions independently and managing reprioritizations when necessary, while also collaborating well with colleagues, project managers, and external partners. You are a skilled communicator and easily build trust and dialogue, even when dealing with technically complex or sometimes challenging issues such as warranty management. Your pedagogical ability allows you to train and support technicians and workshop personnel in a clear and engaging manner. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: • Good knowledge of electrical systems (low voltage) and hydraulics/pump technology • Good ability to speak and understand technical English • Experience in customer contact and training is an advantage • Valid driver's license (B) Interested?
