Technical Operations Manager for FALAB/LIBO

Job Description & Offer FALAB/LIBO is now seeking a practical, curious, and proactive individual to take on the role of their new Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, you will work operationally with the management, maintenance, and optimization of FALAB/LIBO's property technical systems and installations. This can involve everything from heating, ventilation, and water to electrical systems, control systems, and access control systems. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with other colleagues in the operations team – an engaged group with diverse specialist competencies who support each other in daily tasks. The work is varied, and you will largely plan your own day. You will contribute to ensuring that our properties operate efficiently, energy-wise, and safely, while also having the opportunity to develop within a modern and technically forward-looking property company. Examples of Responsibilities: • Operation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance of technical systems • Rounds and preventive maintenance • Participation in authority inspections and follow-up of actions • Monitoring and optimization of energy and operational costs • Collaboration with colleagues, contractors, and suppliers At FALAB/LIBO, you will have significant freedom under responsibility, opportunities for internal training, and the chance to develop your skills in several technical areas. We would like you to have: • Experience in operation, service, or maintenance within property management, HVAC, electrical systems, telecommunications, or access control systems • Understanding of how technical systems interact within a property • Technical education is advantageous, but practical experience and a genuine interest in technology carry significant weight • Proficiency in IT and the ability to read operational cards, electrical, and flow diagrams is a plus • A valid B driver's license Great emphasis will be placed on your personal suitability and your interest in technology and properties.
