Technical Documentation Specialist for a Digitalization Project

ABOUT THE POSITION As a technical documentarian, you will be central to converting and structuring our client's extensive archives into a modern, digital form. You will work closely with the team to ensure that all technical information is accurate and readily accessible to engineers and other stakeholders. This is a full-time consultant assignment with immediate start until the end of March 2026. You will be employed by Academic Work and work on assignment for our client. WORK TASKS This role focuses on digitalizing and organizing technical documentation. The work involves ensuring that all information is structured and searchable for internal users. * Scan technical documents. * Digitize physical archives. * Structure and sort digitized material. * Collaborate with colleagues and other consultants within the team. * Interact with engineers from various disciplines. WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO - Have a technical background/experience and are well-versed in technical documentation. - Are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with good communication skills in spoken and written English. - Can work on-site in Nynäshamn.
