Do you want a key role in a stable and growing real estate company where technology, leadership, and business acumen intersect? Senäte is currently seeking a Technical Manager who wants to help develop the organization both strategically and operationally.
As a Technical Manager, you will be a central part of the organization and support the site managers at Senäte’s locations while driving development and improvement efforts in operations and maintenance.
YOUR DAILY WORK
In this role, you will be responsible for maintenance, repairs, and renovations across all locations. You will play an important role as a sounding board for the site managers and provide support in both technical and financial matters. You will monitor costs, participate in construction meetings, and ensure that workplace inspections, assessments, and internal controls are carried out.
You will also:
• Be part of the management team and contribute technical and financial perspectives.
• Visit the locations regularly (approximately once a month according to a schedule).
• Communicate with contractors, insurance companies, and municipalities, particularly regarding building permits and insurance matters.
• Prepare cost estimates, approve invoices, and follow up on maintenance accounts.
• Participate in development and marketing initiatives.

WHO ARE YOU?
We are looking for someone who combines technical competence with a business-oriented and solution-focused approach. You likely have a background in construction, real estate, or operations, and thrive in a role where you can utilize both your technical and financial understanding.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
• Technical knowledge in construction, operations, or property management.
• Good financial understanding and experience in cost monitoring.
• Leadership experience or experience in coaching others.
• Preferably experience in marketing or sales.
• The ability to work structurally, independently, and with a holistic perspective.
As a person, you are engaged, communicative, and easy to collaborate with. You enjoy switching between office work and field visits—and appreciate variety in your day-to-day tasks.
