**About the Position** As a Technical Preparer/Production Technician, you will be responsible for developing efficient and quality-assured manufacturing methods for our customers' advanced components and systems. You will work closely with production, suppliers, and customers, and be a key person in ensuring their solutions combine high-tech innovation with quality. **Responsibilities** • Assess inquiries and participate in the quotation process based on the company's manufacturing capabilities. • Develop operations preparations and production methods in collaboration with production. • Participate in the improvement work and development of production processes. • Establish instructions and documentation to support manufacturing. **Location:** Skultuna (travel may occur) **Scope:** Full-time **Working Hours:** Day shift with flexible options **About You** We are seeking someone with experience in the manufacturing industry who has a genuine interest in technology and a good understanding of manufacturing and precision. You thrive when you can combine practical problem-solving with technical analysis. **Qualifications** • Technical education • Several years of experience in the manufacturing industry and machining (e.g., CNC) • Good knowledge of reading drawings and understanding machining methods • Basic knowledge of measurement technology and material properties • Experience with an ERP system **Meritorious** • Monitor ERP • CAD/CAM • Experience in production economics or production planning • Experience in machine design or precision mechanics We will place great emphasis on personal suitability. **About the Customer** Råbe Tooling is a Swedish specialist company that develops and manufactures precision tools for some of Sweden's most demanding industries – from automotive to aerospace.
