About this role

About the Position As a Quality Inspector, you will play a central role in our client's quality assurance efforts, ensuring that products meet design specifications, standards, and the high expectations of customers. You will be involved in quality control of everything from wiring and circuit boards to complete subsystems and final products. The job combines practical inspections with analytical problem-solving. When a deviation occurs, you will identify the cause, document it, and contribute to improvements. To ensure a smooth start, you will begin with an introduction where you will familiarize yourself with our products, processes, and working methods. You will then gradually progress to more advanced tasks. Your Main Responsibilities • Ensure that manufactured products meet design specifications and relevant standards • Perform and document deviation management • Participate in problem-solving and improvement initiatives • Document serial number lists and other quality data Who Are You? We are looking for someone with experience in manufacturing and a natural attention to detail. You understand how different components contribute to the whole and thrive in a technical, hands-on work environment. You are meticulous, responsible, and work well both independently and as part of a team. You see collaboration across departmental boundaries as essential and contribute with a positive and solution-oriented attitude. Qualifications • Technical education or equivalent experience • Experience in wiring or electronics production, or relevant education • Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation • Analytical skills and precision in quality work • Proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Good computer skills, especially with the Office suite Meritorious • Certification in soldering or IPC standards • Experience in manufacturing environments • Experience in deviation management and problem-solving • Experience with business systems, preferably IFS About the Company Uniflex is an authorized staffing company that specializes in hiring and recruitment.
