Technical Bid Engineer in Västerås - Consulting Assignment via Poolia

Location: Västerås (on-site, with some possibility for remote work) Scope: Full-time Assignment Period: December 1, 2025 – December 1, 2026 This is a consultant assignment via Poolia, where you will be employed by us and work on assignment at a leading global technology company. As a Technical Tender Engineer, you will have a key role in developing solutions that shape the future of electrical power and automation systems – from the first quote to the completed customer solution. You will be a crucial link between technology and sales, translating customer needs into concrete and profitable tenders. Primary Work Tasks • Support the sales organization with technical tenders and cost calculations for MNS 3.0 • Create comprehensive, competitive tenders for both Swedish and international customers • Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews – both in-person and digitally • Ensure customer standards and solution databases are kept up to date • Contribute to the development of our technical systems and processes • Participate in order handovers, product planning, and sales meetings • Conduct technical presentations and customer training as needed Who Are You?
