Technical Administrator for Master Data in Lund

Description Our client in Lund is seeking a Technical Admin responsible for Master Data. The role involves working in a global environment where you will ensure accurate and consistent material data for purchased components. You will become part of a team working to classify and quality-assure technical information, playing a central role in the client's material management processes. Work Tasks In this role, you will work daily managing incoming global requests to create and update material masters in SAP. You will analyze documentation and ensure the correct UNSPSC class is selected, and that materials are classified with the right technical details, such as dimensions, capacity, weight, voltage, and frequency. Your work requires thorough information searching in datasheets, vendor websites, and sometimes through direct vendor contact. You will collaborate closely with the global Master Data team and continuously contribute to process and workflow improvements. Qualifications Requirements: • High technical understanding of components in the food processing industry • Experience in Master Data Management • Practical experience with global business systems • Very good Microsoft Office skills • SAP experience • Documented administrative and analytical skills • Ability to work effectively in teams • Interest in and familiarity with technical components • Ability to work with continuous improvements Terms The position is located in Lund and will be performed primarily on-site, with approximately 25% remote work possibility. The assignment runs from November 24, 2025, to November 30, 2026, with potential for extension. A drug test must be completed before the assignment starts.
