Technology-Savvy Healthcare and Care Professional

Do you want to help develop digital solutions that facilitate work for employees in healthcare and social care? At Visible Knowledge, we work with digital tools and educational solutions through our VC app, which is used daily by municipalities and private actors across the country. We are now seeking a creative and technically interested colleague who wants to contribute to creating and developing content that makes a difference in healthcare. Your Main Responsibilities Initially, you will focus on: • Creating digital materials – such as training videos, instructions, and informational content • Providing support and help to our users in the VC app and in customer contact Over time, you will also have the opportunity to: • Work with customer relations and sales to both existing and new customers • Participate in the development of our app and digital services • Work as a consultant/teacher in vocational higher education • Contribute to marketing, e.g., through mailings, campaigns, and content creation • Plan, prioritize, and drive your own projects • Handle administrative tasks related to the projects Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is: • Solution-oriented and sees opportunities instead of obstacles • Innovative, curious, and enjoys developing ideas • Technically interested and quick to learn new digital tools • Self-driven, responsible, and unpretentious • A team player who likes to support colleagues • Prepared to take on tasks outside your core area by reading, asking, and learning • Meriting: Experience in education, digital learning, or content production Your Background You have experience from municipal or regional healthcare and social care – for example, as a nurse, nursing assistant, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or similar role. We are a small, unpretentious team working closely together. Therefore, we place great importance on your personal qualities. The most important thing is that you are confident, communicative, curious, and driven, with the ability to understand our users' needs and transform them into clear, engaging, and digitally adapted content. Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application period has ended.
