Technician in Medical Technology – a Developing Role for You with Technical Drive!
We are currently seeking someone who wants to work as a technician in medical technology. Do you have experience as a machine setter or a background in programming, electronics, or mechanics? If so, this could be a very interesting opportunity for you.
In the role of technician, you will have significant responsibility and varied tasks in a high-tech environment where quality and development are the focus.
Your responsibilities include:
• Performing test runs and validation of extrusion processes and new products
• Actively participating in project work, including process development and improvement initiatives
• Supporting setters and operators through troubleshooting and problem-solving in processes
• Working on continuous improvements and contributing to production optimization
• Conducting setups and start-ups as needed
• Training setters and operators in machine handling and process technology
• Assisting with the purchase, installation, and commissioning of machines, tools, and equipment
• Being responsible for the maintenance and care of tools, including troubleshooting and repairs
• Working with programming or adjustments of existing programs
• Developing instructions, such as maintenance and work instructions
Your Profile:
We prefer candidates with solid experience in mechanics and a genuine technical interest. For this role, you need to have experience in machine setting, process technology, electronics, and/or programming. You work in a structured and methodical manner, have a solution-oriented approach, and thrive in a role where you take on significant responsibility.
Meritorious:
- Previous experience in extrusion
- Production experience
- Forklift license A+B
- Technical education in plastics, production, or maintenance technology
Other:
A driver's license and access to a car are required to commute to and from the workplace.
