The IT department currently consists of 23 employees working in service desk, operations, support, system management, and system development. As a technician in the Service Desk, you will be the primary point of contact for the IT department. You will assist our users via phone, email, and on-site, working on everything from troubleshooting and support to installation and delivery of hardware such as computers, phones, and accessories. The team is also transitioning to a more NOC-oriented working method. This means you will also be involved in proactive monitoring, managing alerts, and ensuring that our environments operate stably and predictably. Requirements for the Position You have at least two years of experience in a similar role within IT operations or client management and want to continue developing. You thrive at the intersection of technology and people and take responsibility for delivering stable and well-thought-out solutions. You have good knowledge of Microsoft environments and are comfortable with modern client platforms. We want you to have deep expertise in one or more of the following areas: Intune/Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 clients, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365 services, or Windows Server. Experience in packaging and distributing applications, policy management, and troubleshooting in an Intune-managed environment is a clear asset. Experience with PowerShell automation, a good understanding of ITIL-oriented working methods, and experience in incident and case management in a service desk environment are also advantageous. It is a plus if you have worked closely with the business and are accustomed to translating needs into concrete technical solutions. As a person, you are confident, meticulous, and communicative. You listen to needs, help when necessary, and work systematically both independently and collaboratively. You can make your own decisions and deliver with quality.
