IT Operations Technician

IT Department Growth: IT Operations Technician Our IT department is expanding, and the demands for security and system availability are increasing - we therefore need to reinforce our operations team with an IT Operations Technician. We are in an exciting phase of technological transition, and here you will have the opportunity to be part of this journey! About the Role You will join a team of three IT operations technicians with diverse backgrounds and competencies, maintaining and upgrading a large number of both in-house and purchased systems. Your responsibilities include managing backups, permissions, licenses, networks, servers, and clients, as well as acting as internal 2nd line support. An important part of the role is also working with IT security matters, such as monitoring the external environment and participating in internal projects. Your Profile We are seeking candidates with at least three years of similar work experience and education relevant to the position. Excellent Swedish language skills are required. To succeed in the role, you have experience with: • Windows server environments and Azure • MSSQL and IIS • Network infrastructure and security Additional merits include competence in: • DevSecOps • Kubernetes, CI/CD • Linux • Backup • SIEM • Telephony/SIP As a person, you are responsible, self-driven, and proactive with a professional approach.
