About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Technician in Automation and Injection Molding – a position suitable for both specialized automation technicians, experienced machine setters in injection molding, or those who possess a combination of both skill sets. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring stable, efficient, and high-quality production by:
• Setting up, troubleshooting, and optimizing automation equipment and injection molding machines
• Performing ongoing improvement work to enhance operational reliability, productivity, and quality
• Contributing to a proactive approach where technical deviations are handled quickly and effectively
• Collaborating closely with production, maintenance, and technical teams to drive development and improvements
Who Are You?
We believe you have experience in industrial production and a background in one of the following areas:
• Automation technology / robotics
• Injection molding / machine setting
• Mechanics, electrical engineering, or industrial production
You are analytical, solution-oriented, and thrive in a role where you can combine technical craftsmanship with improvement work. Experience in both automation and injection molding is a significant advantage.
