About the Role

Vattenfall Services is Sweden's leading contracting company in the energy and electricity sector, and we are developing Sweden's energy infrastructure! Vattenfall Services Nordic is now looking for individuals who want to be trained as and work as Inspectors in Uppland. In the role of inspection technician, your main responsibility will be to conduct inspections of electric poles, substations, cable cabinets, and similar installations. You will work in the field year-round, where you will carry out inspections and continuously register your work. In this role, you will have close contact with your supervisor, and for longer distances, you will work together with a colleague.
To enter the role, you will undergo an intensive training program at Vattenfall. In addition to your supervisor, you will be in contact with other team members to ensure you have excellent conditions to perform your work. For those who enjoy working outdoors and close to nature, and who are also technically inclined, this is a fantastic opportunity!
Requirements
We are looking for someone who:
• Has completed education in electrical engineering, power technology, construction, or a similar field.
• Holds a valid manual B driver's license.
• Is willing and able to work physically and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Possesses good IT skills and can handle various digital tools and programs.
As a person, you need to be self-driven and enjoy working independently while also being communicative and open to collaboration. You take significant personal responsibility and have structure and a solution-focused mindset as your standout traits.

Location: You will be based at one of our establishments in Västerås or Avesta, with working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM. Travel within the region is included in the position.
