About the Position As Technical Manager at KAC, you will play a key role in ensuring and further developing our technical solutions for alarms and supervision. You will be responsible for driving the development of the alarm center's service offering and work independently to identify improvement areas, implement new technical solutions, and ensure high quality in our systems. You will be part of our administrative group and directly report to the unit manager. Together with other responsible positions, you will contribute to creating a secure and efficient alarm management for both employees and customers. Your Responsibilities As Technical Manager, you will have a central role in owning and driving technical development within the alarm center's service offering. You will be responsible for operation, management, and administration of technical systems, including alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and digital monitoring cameras. The work involves close collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure systems function reliably and maintain high quality. You will also provide technical advice and participate in strategic planning to develop the organization's technology area long-term. The role includes working with a clear customer and user focus. You are expected to contribute to a professional and service-oriented approach, where cooperation, responsibility, and good communication are key success factors. Your Profile We are seeking someone with broad technical expertise in alarm systems, surveillance cameras, and digital monitoring solutions. You are stress-resistant and able to handle complex situations with calmness and structure. Experience working in large IT environments (enterprise environments) and IT system administration is meritorious. Furthermore, you have a good ability to independently drive development work and enjoy taking responsibility for technology's function and development. You have strong social skills, are service-oriented, and have a clear customer focus in your approach. A B driver's license is required as travel may be involved in the position.
